    Carnitine, Scam or actuallt beneficial

Title kinda says it all, I'm taking actions towards my weight loss, and looking to maxime it and my workouts, I'm looking for anything that can provide some actual benefits.

Now going around the internet, the information I was able to gather is kinda contradictionnal, some studies shows that healthy/fit persons saw little to about no result in term of fat loss from Carnitine. While other studies shows that in obese people ( wich is my case) Carnitine did definately seem to help with the fat burning mechanics.

I'm already aware that all the fat burning supps, especially the heavy stimulant ones are mostly shennanigans ( at least for obese people) plus, I hate the stim from these.

I know this forum to be ressourcefull and full of knowledgable people, so I tought i'd look for insight regarding this specific matter.

Also, before anyone mentions it, Yes I do workout a good amount, I also started counting my daily caloric intake so i'm expecting to loose weight with or without extra supplementation, but if a safe and healthy option is avaible to speed up the process, why not inquire about it?

    Cheers to you all!

Allright, thanks for the answer, would you happen to know if there is any difference/added benefits from taking the pill to it's liquid form, or it's basically the same?

Sorry the question might sound dumb, but htere seem to be a pricing difference and concentration from it's pill part to liquid one.

Proper diet and 1h cardio every day should do the job. A friend of mine used to take L-Carnitine, Cla, Green tea etc... but kept drinking alchohol and stubborn belly fat wont go away!
