    Any tips on strengthening your tendons/joints?

    As person that has had multiple tendonitis.. apart from strengthening your weak muscles that compensate for the movement and recovery, what else can you do to improve tendon strength?

    work in full range of motion, elongate eccentraic movements, gradually increassing resistance, good diet, stick to compound exercises, stop isolating muscles with heavy weight.
