    Big problem with my legs

    Hello everyone
    I have been working out for 50 months already
    Ihave a problem with my legs,even that my body is very pumped and muscular my legs are very skinny.
    I train the legs everyday,can someone tell me how to properly train them?

    You need to be more specific. What's your leg routine? How many times a week do you train legs? What's your intensity like during training (do you train hard?) Any cardio you do?
    An image would also help.

    You train legs every day?

    Do you mean weight training or cardio training? If you mean cardio training (running, walking, biking, etc.) then your legs have to move you. They can do that now. They don't need more muscle.

    You need to train your legs to move more than just you. That means moving heavy stuff with leg oriented exercises. Isolation exercises that challenge your legs: Squats (with weights, not just your body weight); Deadlifts; Weighted Lunges; Leg Machines (hamstring curls, leg extensions, leg press, etc.)

    Find a way to weight train your legs. If your legs don't feel any different the next day, you didn't use enough weight. If you want muscular development in your legs, they need to know you expect them to be able to do more than haul you around.
