    Post 15(16 in august) 5'7-5'8 147 lbs lean bulk or recomp

    Hi im 15 and have been lifting for sports for about 8 months at a slight deficit finally got somewhat lean ~15-16 percent bf should i continue recomping or go on a lean bulk or maybe maingan to check bf check my tiktok connorbfit

    Definitely try to go for a solid lean bulk at about a 300 to 500 calorie surplus until you've got some mass
