I’m a tea connoisseur of sorts: chai tea, cardamom tea, green tea, sun tea, iced tea, sweet tea, Arizona tea, chamomile tea, matcha tea, kava tea, black tea, earl grey tea, Monster Rehab tea, Freedom tea…I regularly drink them all. I’m basically the Bubba Gump of teas.

Me & my boys even smoked joints full of tea when I was a kid. Srs. I drink tea almost every damn day.

Matter of fact, I drank an entire gallon of Southern style sweet tea for an entire year when I was 18. I can’t even imagine how much sugar I was consuming. This was of course before I discovered macro counting or even had a damn clue about what was and wasn’t a proper diet. I didn’t even know what macros were. I can’t even imagine all the sugar I was drinking, & I actually abhor sugared drinks now unless it’s just a touch of honey. I spose I got burnt out on them. Oddly enough, despite my gallon a day habit, I didn’t really gain any noticeable weight and remained about 12-13% body fat. I really don’t know how I was never obese. My teeth paid the price though. By 25, I needed either partial or full crowns on all of my teeth. My parents did also 100% neglect my dental health entirely, so that didn’t help…but…yea…gallons of sugared tea ain’t good for the teeth boyos.

^^ Did you ever mix your tea half sweet half unsweet if both were adjacent to each other? I like doing it that way usually.

I think we should ditch the 'apples and oranges' figure of speech and replace it with 'muffins and tea'.
The power of carbs compels me!
