We can't give you medical advice. It might not even be the kidney.

If one doctor says it's not a problem. It probably isn't. If you are still concerned, get a second opinion from another doctor.

Yeah agreed, kidneys act as refineries for our body, better to consult a doctor.

Ask your doctor to test acr (protein in urine test) and ghr test (creatinine aka waste from break down of muscle tissue in your blood that healthy kidneys normally filter out)

Lay off Ibuprofen and Aspirin if you take those daily.

    Hey
    Doc here.

Go to a local Dr, get a renal function blood and urine test. Then followed by an Ultrasound of the kidney. As others said above + its difficult to advice when you know half the symptoms.

I how ever, do feel if you are not an athlete, better not to use creatine.
Your results come back normal because this phenomenon is called pseudo renal failure/AKI (kidney injury)

I was trying to post link for BMJ publications but it seems I need 50 posts or more. I used bb forums i think 10 years ago and suddenly had to the mood to open them today ha!
Stop your Cr and see if the pain goes away.
Happy to answer if you have more questions.
