    Which of these biceps curl variations hit them best for you?

    One arm dumbell curl
    One arm hammer curl

    I don't do the others right now

    I tried preacher (machine, barbell, single arm dumbell), but, I don't know why, I don't feel it that well.

    Incline curls are also nice, I forgot about those, haven't done them in a while.

    I like drag curls, I find they keep the tension on the biceps most, with exception of inclines.

    Standing barbell with hammers as a close second. Occasionally I like to do high volume finishers with supinated dumbbell curls.
    Bench: 320
    Squat: 375
    Deadlift: 495

    Solid choices, I've been back on supersetting EZ bar curls (curled to the forehead) with behind the head lying skullcrushers for a while...but I'm planning to rotate incline DB curls back in again which has always been my top favorite biceps exercise because of the insane stretch you get on them.

    I used to do them palms supinated the whole way through, but would sometimes do 'em neutral at the bottom into supination towards the top.
