    How can I get rid of my hanging lower belly and loose skin..Kindly check my pics

    BF 14%
    Waist size -32
    I've been trying too hard since a couple of months but can't seem to get my lower abs..Please help me out here

    Your loose skin looks like it's the result of rapid weight loss - there's not much you can do in a short time other than trying some creams or seeing a specialist for other options.

    IMO you really should be focusing on gaining muscle, which would take focus away from your waist. You don't really have upper abs either.

    Thanks for the immediate response..Yeah the loose skin is because of just that..I'll try visiting a doctor and kindly check the attached picture to see if abs are visible and if yes then how many.

    Yeah the IG lighting and tummy suck is better here. If you can lessen/tighten the loose skin it'll prob reveal some level of lower abs too, although they often are hard to make visible unless bf gets really low with ab work too. IMO you still should be focused on building muscle overall.
