Thumbs up Bodyweight squats for aesthetics

Hey, everybody. I've been wanting to develop my legs at home because I don't have enough money to go to a gym, so can I build some nice legs just by doing bodyweight squats at home?

I find lunges to be harder than body weight squats.

Through lockdown I was doing weighted jumps squats, sets of 20-30, it absolutely killed me to the point I was flat out feeling sick after every session, they grew my legs but they were to brutal to do all the time.

Not really as long as you can keep your balance - hold something if necessary, it's not cheating. You should aim to take a muscle through the fullest possible range of motion and also train the opposing muscle (the hamstring in this case) - that's the key to protecting your knees

Lockdown forced me to perform 20 to 30 weighted jump squats; it was absolutely brutal and left me feeling sick after every session, they grew my legs but were incredibly painful to continue doing.

While doing weighted jump squats, my leg muscles grew significantly. In any case, it was a very intense workout that left me feeling exhausted after each set. They were good for building my legs, but difficult to maintain.
