    HIP Osteo Arthritis Leg Routine?

    HI All,

50 Year old female, been lifting for years (Heavy) anyway, haven't squatted or deadlifted with heavy weights for the past year due to pain. Finally went and seen a Physio who treated me for a few sessions and as i wasn't improving, they sent me for an MRI. Turns out I have Osteo Arthritis and a Degenerative Hamstring all on the one side.

Been advised not to do any kind of Hip Hinge movement ie: 45 degree leg press, Low bar squat, deadlift etc, anything that will jam the joint up.

So i can do parallel leg press and Goblet squats OK, but not super heavy.

Any idea on what programming i could do? i train 5 days per week (Mon - Fr) and used to do legs on a Thursday.

Could i do alternating days Leg press and Goblet squats for the whole week? as i can't lift enough weight to get them sore.

    Any advice appreciated.

    Thanks.
