    Angry Help me out!

    Hey guys my name is Tjeu van Grinsven im a 17 year old guy i was a very skinny tall guy im 1,96 then once people started calling me skinny i started going to the gym when i was 16 idk what i was doing but it worked i gained muscle but also knowledge i became a decent shape then corona hit and i just hit a block and idk wtf i am supposed to do i want to be like stage ready aesthetic category but idk how to do that anymore if anyone is willing to help me out please leave a comment i am willing to do anything to prove everyone wrong and also my parents so if u can help me let me know!

    If you look at pro bodybuilders they get ready for competition weeks/months in advance....they dont permanently walk around stage ready...you cannot be stage ready all the time, its not good for you to keep your body at this level...BUT you can keep your body fat in check and always look lean and defined.
    The whole process of bodybuilding ( my opinion only) is more about consistency, dedication, discipline and pushing your body to its limits to challenge it. You don't need to prove anything to anyone but yourself...you will show all those around you if you just focus on you and stop worrying about what others think.
    Remember you are 17 so your metabolism is like a rocket - you will be able to put on muscle pretty easily provided you are fueling your body correctly and are progressively overloading the muscle. Id maybe take a step back, figure out what YOU want your body to look like, then work out your plan to fit your goal.
    Everyone hits a wall its totally normal - you just need to look at what you are doing, what you are consuming or not consuming as the case may be and you will find the answer. Then tweek....log everything so you can measure it effectively and then plan a timescale. Keep it simple, keep it sustainable and keep it consistent and you cannot fail to get results.
