    My Return To Powerlifting

    I'm making this log to track my progress. After 13 years I am returning to powerlifting and im making a comeback. Its time to go back to who I was as a lifter and as a person like when I was 19yrs old. I will become the biggest and strongest ive ever been.

    I want to achieve a 500lb deadlift and a 275lb bench press within 1 year weighing anywhere from 190-195lbs. I know I can do it and its very possible.

    As far as weight goes I am cutting down to 180lbs. So far I've lost 21lbs and I got 45 more pounds to go until I'm there. Then I plan on bulking to 190-195lbs.

    I am ready mentally and spiritually to come back to what I've always been passionate about.

    Hitting deadlifts later today. Im excited! I know when I wrap my hands on the bar and rip the weight off the ground all the great memories will come back to my mind of back then.

    Other than that I just want to let you know how my routine will be structured:

    Monday - deadlift day
    Tuesday - bench day
    Thursday - leg day
    Friday - accessory day

    I'm "powerbuilding". Like I said before; I will become the BIGGEST and STRONGEST that I've ever been. I want the powerful physique and have the strength to back it up.

    I'm ready to rock n' roll baby! SFW!!

    how were the deadlifts?
    Best lifts:
    Bench press: 315x4, 345x1
    Squat: 465x1
    Strict press: 185x8, 195x5
    Deadlift: 405x10, 445x5 (dead stop w/ straps)
