    Thumbs up Progress pics

    Around 6 months in the gym, got to stop for 2 months, lockdown problems...

    I'm pretty tall, 6'0 feet, 160 lbs, bf around 8-9% and 14 yo.


    And i need a little help, i'm stuck at 154-160 lbs, i cant go further than that, since im training 5-6 times a week, doing reps till failure and eating alot, mostly meat.


    Any help and advice would be nice!
