    Losing weight on a bulk

Hi guys I’m currently eating between 6000-6500 cals a day with 340g of protein and 600-700g of carbs, I’m struggling to maintain weight I gain on this bulk. For instance I can gain a 3-4kgs in a few weeks and within a week I lose it all no change in diet and have to start again. I’m training an Arnold split where everything is hit twice a week. Does anyone know why I could be losing this weight. Is diet or overtraining? I’m 6”2 and fluctuate between 97-102kg and 20 years old

You are just reacting to water weight changes. Real tissue doesn't come or go quickly.

Do you have a list of dates and weights? If so we could check for the underlying trend. It would need to be at least 10 days data
