    Pectoral abdominal muscle

Hi everyone first time posting here sorry if it's a little bit over the place.

I've been in the gym for about 1 and 1/2 years and have noticed that one of my pecs is larger/filled out than the other at the bottom, I've searched around to find this muscle but didn't find really anything apart from it being called the abdominal head, but could find no information on how to build it.

I've linked pictures of the part of the chest it is. I just really want to know how to target or activate this chest area more on my lacking side. Are there any exercises to hit this muscle specifically and even out my chest?

It is the only thing that is on my mind for the past 8 months and I just want to even it out, I will literally do anything.

    Any response is appreciated

    Thanks

Hard to say without a picture of you.

Asymmetries are normal, we all have them. You are most likely obsessing over a detail nobody else would notice or care about. So it sounds like more of a psychological issue. There is probably nothing you can do about it anyway, it's genetics. so why waste any of your time over it?

I understand exactly what you mean that it's probably just in my head and I am most likely obsessing over it, but in this case, I don't think it's insertions or genetics, I think it was just caused by bad form and it can probably be fixed.

In the photos, you can see my left abdominal head is more developed than my right.
Are there any exercises that mainly target/emphasise the use of the abdominal head so I can even it out?, I just really want to fix this then I will be happy with how I look.
And is there anything else I can work on to look better overall?
    Thanks
(I am 16 btw if that changes anything)

As expected, I literally cannot see a difference... sorry brah

Just keep training and pay attention to the major things like progressing in the gym, getting your rep maxes up and eating enough high protein wholefoods to grow
