    Distended Stomach but with shredded abs...

    What would be your course of action to troubleshoot and fix a chronic distended stomach? I have very defined abs but unless I'm flexing, most of the time but not always my stomach is not flat.

    Kind of but not really. Im overly critical of myself but on the dexa im 7% we know there is a margin of era there but i mean i shredded, especially when i flex. i can trail veins from my lower abdomen up into my shoulders and down to my fingers. Im leaning toward GI distress I just dont know how to troubleshoot that.

    If you eat a lot of the same foods regularly try removing them, one at a time, for 3-4 days and see if it helps, repeat for each common food. If you have access to a dietician then that could help, they might have a better idea of certain foods known to cause problems.
