    Measuring stuff

How can I measure my bodyfat accurately and also track protein consumption?

It's difficult and also kind of futile trying to get an accurate BF% number - and it doesn't really change what you need to do in any case.

At 65kg and 5'9 you need to gain muscle. If you want another opinion, post a picture - I find it unlikely anyone will think you should cut...

Protein consumption and calories can be tracked using an app like myfitnesspal or cronometer.com
