    Proper warm-up before db press

    Good evening, people

Got a question. What kind of warm-up u guys are using before doing dumbell press for chest? Coz sometimes DB press for me feels very light, any uncomfortable things.. But sometimes, i'm struggling even with first set, even though it is still as warm-up for me. Feels heavy, my body is shaking a bit, while pressing up it feels, like my body is not prepared good enough, to do this atm.

    Any advice to improve this?

    Thanks in advance

Just do a couple of sets with lighter DBs. For example half then 3/4 of the weight you are going to use for the work sets.

DB presses are much more sensitive to technique variations than barbell movements. Maybe start with BB bench instead until you've made good progress with that.
