    Weight loss feb 2021

    I began working out and changed my eating habits I began working out 3-4x times a month and it’s been just shy of completing the 3rd month which will be complete on the 12th I weighed today since I would not see my trainer as we only do 2/week workouts. With this being said today’s weigh in on their scale shows 363 I began in February at 413.


    February 12 2021: 413 pounds

    May 09 2021: 363 pounds

    It’s been a ride for sure my goal was to hit 366 pounds by august since I have to take a physical once a year due to being an out of shape truck driver. Those of you that know DOT department of transportation physicals know that you get a physical and the doctor either issues you a 2 year clearance 1 year or in bad cases of health 6 month or 3 month in severe cases. August 15th is my next physical and I’m looking forward since I weighed in 405 and I’m down to today’s weight and want to go as much as I can when I see the doctor. Moving forward I would like to take these physicals as a deadline for weight loss and see my body change for the better health wise.

    NICE! Please make a promise to never stop until your goal weight. It's okay to fall off the wagon, but if you always get back on then you can reach it. Definitely looking forward to your August weigh in.

    Yes its definitely felt this way I feel like I do good but could do better and in that case I’ve always managed to get back on track thank you
