    1rep max bench, squat, deadlift

    370

    Started since 2015, been on and off.

    Currently on a lean bulk. Dropping fat while gaining muscle. Following Greg Doucette idea of gaining muscle without being fat

    you have potential, keep at it. Don't worry too much about fat when bulking just make sure you don't go bear mode

    Looking good. I would say your abs could be bigger and more defined.
