Talking any gym can be useful?

in my country many train at home for government restrictions to protect against the viral pandemic that everyone knows (except me because I'm lonely in the house crying myself and fantasizing about unattainable things including becoming a valuable bodybuilder ...), to the point such that Italian online fitness stores claim to have run out of stocks of each product (is this true or is it a market tactic to keep interest alive ?!); is this also the case with you? I have heard that the United States is the country most exposed to virus (without entering into political issues unrelated to the topic of the forum! and perhaps even to my mind ...).
I train at home for various other reasons including the usefulness of fragmenting the workout of one day into two sessions in accordance with my immature style with many repetitions, and also because I dislike the owner of the gym downstairs because he was propagating strange religious sects.

but here I come to the question: is it better to train with your own equipment or to subscribe to a gym?
if the gym is at the level of expectations it will be able to make great champions, and some of you have become so.
but not all of them are like that, and although in my town there are many I would not choose even one; [there are also sports games clubs (even an amateur team without distinction of gender!) which I have never experienced because I am not skilled; but this is a whole other issue ...].

I attended the sorcerer's gym several years ago but it was very disappointing and I left, unfortunately losing years useful for training.
the main problem was that the sorcerer - who is also a school teacher of physical education and even self-styled professor of bodybuilding (as thin as one of my father's Turin breadsticks!) - was not professional at all: registering me he did not ask me about my overall health conditions nor certificates, detracted from my talent by limiting exercises and discouraging aerobic training.
there was another guy who gave bodyweight classes but only for glutes and abs ignoring complete exercises such as squats and variations; I knew there were also aerobic choreographies but it didn't interest me. [by the way, they used certain carpets, but why? neither for protection as they are skimpy and not made of rubber, nor for hygiene because they walked on them with shoes; however the floor had to be cleaned especially since shoes dedicated only to the gym had to be used].
my workouts in that gym were based on isotonic machines uncensored protagonists of the life of the adepts ...
and on the situp benches even though the same wizard advised against them in favor of crunches ...
the sorcerer had invested so much capital but ...
I want to ask a transgressive question: for a beginner can the guided movement of the machine ever be suitable instead of the free movement of weights? isn't it a similar contrast to that between the beginner's beloved dumbbells and the advanced barbell?
however, there were no recumbent bench, glute exercise bench, fitness bands, kettlebell and medicine ball and weighted belts and alternative forms of weights, forearm tools such as hand springs and weighted roller, ab wheel, accessories for suspension exercises, parallels, fitball, and the pull-up bar did not offer enough space for all exercises, weight lifting belts, machine with high cables; [I'm not an expert but I think something else was missing!].

yet it was true that no one wanted to talk to me because he was in a hurry to train according to the card prepared by the sorcerer; why is it believed that in gyms you meet a lot of people with the same fitness disease ?!

in another gym, however, I happened to have a very different type of meeting: as they told me I went to change my shoes, but I found myself surprisingly in front of two completely naked men (sic !!) who were talking fraternally among themselves; luckily there was separation between the two genders in that locker room.
BUT THIS EVER SEEMS AN ACCEPTABLE THING TO YOU? ESPECIALLY IF THEY CHAT WITH GREAT CONFIDENTIALITY WITH EACH OTHER?

but do you socialize in the gym or are you cold ?! or are you cold?

with today's perspective I would have appreciated three machines that the sorcerer had bought without giving them any importance: the imposing multipower friend of the immature amateur, cable machine (polyerculin?) unfortunately only horizontal, and the Roman bench!

also I miss a bench for weightlifting with the pelvis but I think I can replace it (HOW? HELP?).
but above all I lack free space available and a protection for the wooden floor because my father's psychotic one mistakes the living room for a cemetery of broken armchairs !!

in short, how do you find the opportunity for a workout that follows style and techniques (not just the banal supersets ...)? Is it difficult to find a gym that offers more than renting machines because they are expensive and look great? can you find an online gym with your own personal training style (do you understand which one is mine?)?

I kept going to the sorcerer's gym and he made my arms thick like pumpernickel and I can shoot fire balls out of my barbell!

I'm happy when I read posts like these. Because, it makes me think, if Google translate is only at this level. Then we're not at the point of being genocided by AI yet.
