    Smile Hey - 1 Month Progress

    Been lifting for 1 month now.
    Stats
    5'10.5
    224lb
    Chest -43
    Bicep - 17.5
    I lift twice a week and do cardio and circuit training the other 3 days. I rest on the weekends.

    The grey t shirt is from my first workout. The white t shirt is from last night, I did not workout and the ones where my chest looks like a pair of bong drums is from a great chest pump earlier this week.
