    Do alcohol calories count? Why aren't I gaining weight?

    I'm 6"8 203cm
    Weight is 145 kg 320 lb
    Body fat is 25%
    Job is mechanic / car groomer so farely active.
    Training oly weightlifting 5 times a week.

    I just don't understand why my body weight isn't moving.?

    I've been on a drinking binge last 12 months.
    Every day I eat like this.

    Eating 500 cal breakfast.
    1000 cal lunch.
    Another 1500-2000 cal for dinner.

    And another 2500-3000 cal of beer every night.

    So that's 5000-6000 cals every day.

    Yet my weight isn't moving.

    Do you use nicotine? If so, that speeds up your metabolism. Add some toast with peanut butter, bacon and honey to your breakfast. Cut back on the beer and replace it with some liquor mixed with orange juice or tomato juice. If you are going to drink, at least drink something with nutrition. Just my advice, I'm not an expert.
