    Supplement

    I’ve been taking Jym Alpha for a bit and really like it. However, I’m looking to go with something stronger. Lift 5 times a week. Really want to have that explosive workout. Take a solid preworkout and post workout as well. Good diet with plenty of protein.

    I stopped drinking my whey weight gainer because I'm lactose intolerant which has forced me to focus more on real food and honestly it's helped me a lot with my gainz.

    I've heard a lot about bcaa's and amino acids. But what else should I look into to further my progress?
