Nobody can really give you a view on your genetic potential in any case. Because it has been shown there is very little link between what you look like now and what you could look like.

In any case, almost everyone can make worthwhile improvements - very very few people are either really lucky or really unlucky in genetic terms. In 99.999% of cases, lack of results are because of lack of effort, nothing more.

So it's an irrelevant question. Want to have a nice physique - work hard and that's it.

I think a good way to survey your genetic potential is to look at your older siblings, father, mother, and possibly some uncles. I think your father would probably be your best bet. However, as SuffolkPunch mentioned, it's hard to really get a grasp of genetic potential. Its one of those things that you can't truly survey until you've done the work, and lived the routines and regiments necessary to test and see, and even then you won't know your genetic potential because it takes time to see how far you can go. I've known people who started to peak in their 30's. Some peaked far earlier. Some are in their 40's and reaching new heights in their potential.
