    Post Beginner Workout

    Hi All,

    I'm looking for some advice.

    I'm 6ft 4 and weigh around 21st. Over the last few months i've lost 1stone by trying to eat around 1700calories a day going for 5/6 mile walks every other day (generally :-) )

    Before the 2nd UK lock down I had started going to gym and would like to start going again when the re-open tomorrow in order to loose some more fat.

    the routine i was following (mainly because i enjoyed them) was

    Incline Bench Press
    Pec Dec
    Seated Overhead Press (dumbells)
    Lat Pulldown
    Bench Press

    all 3-4 sets with 12-15 reps each set at max volume....depends how i fell on the day

    I'm planning on going 3 times a week initially and would like to follow the same routine until i build up enough muscle to split into different routines for different body parts.

    Can people please suggest what exercises i should be adding in here as even i know this isn't very good.

    Please be aware, there's no chance of me doing anything like dips/pushups/pullups....yet
