I don't know that I actually prefer sardines to oysters but it's a staple in my diet.
I can tell time. Time cannot tell me.

Formerly LactoseTolerant. I'm not very imaginative.

I like oyster shooters. Raw oyster from the shell in a shooter glass, beer and some hot sauce. There is a fresh seafood market in Tulsa Oklahoma. When I order a dozen oysters, they put about 20 in the bag.

This one's a toss up, I like sardines both in general and for health benefits. I like putting them in a spinach salad with olive oil and either balsamic, or apple cider vinegar...I also always get the ones canned in olive oil and sometimes will toast two pieces of bread, pour them on, get a thick cheese like provolone, dubliner, cheddar, or monterey jack and slice it on there and will then add tabasco sauce (spinach leaves optional) it makes for a simple and epic sandwich and absorbs some of the olive oil nicely.

That said, I like oysters as well as seafood in general (whole belly clams are one of my all time top favorites among many).
