    Should I cut anything out to stop my hips from getting wider?

    I’m a guy and since bulking and lifting my hips have grown to 38.5, not a fan

    Are there any lifts I should remove from my workouts?

    Lifts I do that may be causing the problem

    Squats
    Deadlifts
    Hip Thrust
    Hip Abductors

    No. Depending on your BF%, losing some fat might be a better answer. These kinds of issues are usually down to fat not muscle IME.

    Those are all great exercises, continue to do them is my advice.

    By hips you mean ass? 38.5 is nothing, stop complaining it’s basically flat lol

    If your hips are getting too big, you need to cut calories out of your diet, not exercises.
