What can I do to lose these man boobs?

Ive been doing heavy weight lifting but the moobs still isn't going away like that. It is significantly less noticeable than before but it still sags here and there as you can see in the picture. the right side sags down a bit more than the left side.

I mean I can squat and deadlift over 300lbs.
although my bench press is weak. probably 155lbs.

I can do 25 dips in a row. I can do 50lb weighted pull ups for reps.

I feel like I'm pretty strong but look like I'm not developing that definition needed in the chest.

what else can I do to help define it more so it looks less noticeable. I kinda don't want to go through surgery if I can avoid it.

my current weight is 175lbs and 13% body fat...

    thank you all!

I don't see a problem, personally. I spent a lot of effort trying to develop that roundness at the bottom of my pecs.;-) Seriously.

thank you. maybe its me then. I find the way it points down on the right side a bit strange. I'm wondering what would happen if I work the chest area a bit harder so it looks rounder overall. I don't do much chest exercises.
