    30g in a cup of coffee? it must be like drinking a bucket of plaster

    That said I've seen people do it the other way round, adding coffee to a chocolate protein shake. Tried it once and it was ok.

    I do it in 2 cups... and they're bigger cups. I'm sure coffee's bad for you but I drink a full pot every morning... BIG cigar mugs... 1 scoop (15g and 90 calories) in each of the first 2 cups... then switch to black coffee for the next cup and a half before the pot's empty.

    I just bought some new Magnum Quattro caramel iced macchiato flavored power. Its pretty good and don't have to worry about adding the coffee.

    PEScience makes a caffeinated protein powder (their Cafe series) that’s pretty good. I like it Frappuccino style, blended with ice.

    That's how I do it. Use cold coffee, add chocolate protein powder, add a little creamer. It's pretty dang good that way.

    I've done whey in coffee too.

    It's so good.

    But if you try to stir it, it doesn't really work.

    So I pour the coffee in the blender, scoop of whey in there, cinnamon, and let it blend for about a minute on high.

    Comes out really frothy too, mixed in well.

    I'll usually use my chocolate mocha whey for that. It's my pre-workout in the morning.
