Arrow Can I start bodybuilding at 14?

Going strictly by science the ideal age will be to start at about 14-15 years. This is the age by when boys start to make testosterone in their body. This is the age by when you will start to see your muscles grow and an increase in your overall strength. You will be able to lift more and more weight

You should start ASAP - even if you haven't properly hit puberty there are still benefits such as improving your strength and discipline to train. You will also still grow some muscle - remember that women can grow muscle too (actually it's the same amount as men - but in proportion to their body size) and they don't have much testosterone. So it's not purely about that - hypertrophy is a survival characteristic that everybody has. It has been observed in people in their 80s...

There's really no right or wrong time to start lifting weights or bodybuilding in general. I believe 14 is around the time many people start putting energy towards developing their physique. It might just be one of the most perfect times to start.

Not to mention, Arnold started at 14 if I'm not mistaken

I started when I was 16, I'd be that much bigger if I started when I was 14

Training yes. I wouldn't recommend competing until over the age of 18; however that doesn't mean you can't lift weights and eat to gain mass at age 14-15. Thats when I started myself on training!
