Forearm pain when curling and back exercise

Hello all. I have a sharp pain in my forearm for almost 1 year (right in the middle of the forearm on the ulnar side) when i train my biceps and back with supinated and pronated grip. It occurs only when i curl and i train my back. Neutral grip works wonderful, no pain, i can really go heavy. I have some questions.
What can i do to treat it?
Can i grow my back with only neutral grip exercises? And can you help me with a list of exercises that i can train my entire back with only neutral grip?
My biceps will look deformed if i go heavy on hammer curls and moderate weight when i do normal curls?

did you try to release that forearm muscles, stretch and strenghten? It's better to find solution for problem the problem instead of avoiding specific grip.
