    Right Knee Crack

Hello. The context it's the following. I was a the gym today and I wanted to do squats but a little bit more reps and a little less weight cuz I wanted to work an a new way(for myself) to get up. I did my stretching for about 10 mins before starting(some back and leg stretching, the usual stuff). Then I started. My friend/coach told me to do 4 sets of 10-12 reps. I started with 40kg, did 12, no problem. After a 2 min break and some water, 60 kg 12 reps with no problem. After 2 mins, I took my 10 mm belt, put it on and started to do 80s. The first 4 reps were fine, but I need to admit that I was going down a little to fast and a little too deep. At the 5th rep, while going down, my right knee cracked... I have no idea if it was a loud crack or not, but I was able to get the full squat and rack the squat. Right then, I could not put even 10% of my weight on my left leg. The muscles could still contract, and I've tested with my coach them, by finding a painless position were I can contract them. That he told me that it's probably the knee or a tendon close to it. The pain was somewhere in the back of the knee then but now it's more or less all around it. It's been close to 4 hours since then and I want to know, besides what he might tell me to do, like recovery exercises, other thing that might happen to the knee. Now, I can recall a lot of thing that might have induced stress on my knee. I started jumping the rope (I have no idea how this is spelled in english) and I weigh about 95 kilos so maybe that was a little too much. I jumped the rope every day this week, even on leg days(not so much then but still). I also do kickbox and my right leg is usually the one that does 90% of the hits and takes about 40% of them. There were some pain in the right leg before today's squats but I thought that it was just from lifting heavy this week at the start by doing deadlifts and normal squats. I guess this is all. I'm writting this because I'm a little scared about it and I don't want to think that I lost all my progress in a damn 80 kilo squat(: If you have any advices or really anything to tell me, I'll be very happy to read it. have a good day.
Artur Edit, My profile says that I'm 51, welp I'm 16

After I went to my doctor, he said that it's probably a meniscus thing(not in these words but eh). He said that upper body wont be a problem, ofc, but I should stay one or two weeks out of the gym. Also, he said that in the best case scenario there wont be need for a operation but sometimes there is. I hope I'll just get well with the normal medication.
