    lateral raises hurt shoulder

I have had shoulder pain for a long time.

my shoulder used to hurt a lot during overhead press, but now it's completelly fine during that movement. It still hurts during chest presses, but i don't mind.

I get pain during lateral raises, its like in front shoulder area. If i bend over and do lateral raises, i dont get pain, but i feel like im not working side delts that way. also, after doing lateral raises, if i lift my arm back and up, in like a rowing motion, i get sharp pain in front shoulder.

    any advice?

You need to consult a physio, you shouldn't just live with shoulder pain.

Besides that, are you doing a balanced routine which has as many rows and pullups as it does presses?
You can try adding shoulder isolations like facepulls, overhead shrugging, band pullaparts and cuban rotations but this is the scattergun approach to fixing shoulder issues and is no substitute for being under a physio...

It’s probably bursitis. Stop doing dumbbell lateral raises and take a week and a half off entirely

Replace dumbbell lateral raises with cable
    NYC crew
    BLM and Antifa crew
Defund the police until they reform crew
Islam was right about men crew
