    Curry powder that mixes well?

I love curry powder with eggs. But the curry powder i get at the store, when I mix with eggs and try mix it in with a fork, it clumps up and half of it just sticks to the bowl. Are there different types of curry powder that blend easier?

Hmm, never heard of curry oil but seems easy enough to make. Yeah the pastes i see in store are more like sauces with all kinds of random ingredients

You could make curry sauce and freeze portions to put on your eggs, or just use the ones from the store.

Yes I find trying to mix powdered ingredients into eggs (chilli powder, spices, herbs etc) always ends up being underwhelming

You could use pastes but they aren't really designed to mix with egg-ish consistency, they're more designed to dissolve into water based sauces.

Like the suggestion about curry oil above, may have to try that. Otherwise you could just smother in curry sauce after cooking?

I like curries, and I like eggs - but I never mixed the two. Do you have any links to recipes?

This thread inspired me to try curry powder with my eggs this morning. I mixed the powder with a splash of milk then added my eggs and whisked it all together. It worked out pretty good.

No recipe. I love omelettes, but I like to change it up as much as possible. Sometimes i’ll use different kinds of cheese, sometimes i’ll use different kinds of salsa/hot sauce. Sometimes add different veggies. But the curry powder really adds a nice flavor to the eggs and elevates your omelette to another level. Try just adding some powder to your eggs and make an omelette.

Egg curry is a thing, and tastes good. No recipe here since the few times I've had it someone else cooked it. I'm sure you can google some good ones.

I'm 2 classes short of a minor in chemistry. There is a saying in chemistry, "Like dissolves like". A polar substance will dissolve in another polar substance. Same thing with non-polar substances. Try dissolving your powder in olive oil or di-hydrogen monoxide, then mix it in with your food. Here's the last books I read in school.
