Hello,
Over the past few months I've added 20 lbs and have gone from 14% body fat to 12.2% but I only see my abs very very faintly and if it's in a particular lighting. My question is do I need to lose more body fat for them to show or gain more muscle in the abs area...Is working out the core specifically the best way to achieve visual abs?
