5 days a week workout - what do you do?

My current plan runs something like:

    Day 1 - Chest / Shoulders
    Day 2- Back / Arms
    Day 3- Legs
    off
    Day 5 - Chest / Shoulders
    Day 6 - Back / Legs
    off

It's not ideal, I have to split deadlifts and squats on different parts of the week, but it does what it needs to.

Anybody got a good 5 day split?

I think it's better to split squats and deadlifts to different days.

Last time I did 5 days, was FB every day:
1 Chest Legs Back Shoulders Posterior
2 Back Shoulders Posterior Chest Legs
3 Posterior Chest Legs Back Shoulders
4 Legs Back Shoulders Posterior Chest
5 Shoulders Posterior Chest Legs Back

In each case, the first 2 are compounds, the remaining 3 are isolations. Ab exercises get put in 2 of the slots where posterior isolations go.

I used to do push pull legs (3 workouts) on 3 days between Monday and Friday. Saturday was upper, Sunday was lower.

Keep days 1-3 the same. Use day 5 and 6 to do your two weakest big body parts, add in accessories work as wanted.
