I'm pretty sure that most people will say that if you are new, doing wrist specific exercises is "majoring in the minors". Better to get on a good well designed routine like Fierce 5 which trains the whole body. This is the best way of starting out we can recommend.

Look at my post from 2/26/21 in the following thread. I'm pretty sure there is a video of an actor doing this exercise floating around on the internet.

I think wrist rolling is a pretty good one for flexors/extensors. I like using them a whole lot more than wrist curls, and the burn is much more intense in a lot less time also. A great investment, albeit an inexpensive one.

Check out some ARMWRESTLING exercises... they pretty good. Myself I found that doing wrist curls "on the knee" are pretty good, but need to be careful easy to put to much weight and make an injury.

Rollers are probably the best bet! People neglect the extensor so bad.

I'd forgotten all about doing mine tbh, I don't own one! But I set a band on my bar collar and hang a kb off it. And crank it

Try doing it with a heavy chain. It gets progressively heavier the more you crank it.

As most are aware! I love accommodating resistance.
This sounds not only disgusting but right up my street.

Alas, the mrs has banned me from using chains in the home gym (room not garage) due to noise.

Definitely gonna give it a go when I'm back in the gym.
