I've been noticing while I bench, I usually have trouble keeping my hands aligned with my elbows causing my hands to slightly bend inwards however when I try to straighten my hands it causes to forearms to no longer be perpendicular to the barbell. I've gotten increasingly more wrist pain and clicking which I assume stems from this issue, however I also experience wrist pain in some triceps exercises, main one being barbell skull crushers. Any advice on how I could correct my form?

Difficult to evaluate online. Clicking in younger folks generally indicates injury to cartilage or tendons snapping over bony landmarks. You may be lifting too heavy too soon causing strain on connective tissue. Ease back to weights that give you good form/no pain and then slowly build up 5% weekly.
Also pony up for wrist wraps and elbow compression sleeve for added stability. You may benefit from a referral to sports med.You have my word as a Schons.
