I´m 25 yo, 190cm and 85kg on empty stomach right now.
I started training with weights about a year ago, when I weighted 78kg. I´ve gained some muscle in the journey, as well as some fat, and my current fat percentage is approximately 15.5%.
My long term goal is to be 89kg, 12% body fat.
The question is simple:
should I cut? That would mean to be 82.5 kg at 12% (considering I don´t lose any muscle). That would mean an improvement in relation to how I started a year ago, although I don´t know if that much. After that, I would start bulking again trying not to increase that body fat % too much.
or should I bulk? Gain more weight, risking to increase the fat percentage and cutting later.
