So i got a bench press in my basement now, with all the different weights and ****. Im super skinny for my age and height. Im 6ft and about 125lbs. I used to weigh around 135 but i stopped exercising so i lost weight. I know ill have to eat a **** load of calories and protein so i actually gain weight and not burn more off.
My question for you guys is what should i start doing, like monday wednesday friday different focus areas and what to eat/drink before and after?
If you guys have a routine plan in mind that would be cool.
