Nutrition Average weekly calories 3950, good protein, very high carb, fats wherever they fall. Lots of oats fruit cereal rice and pasta for carbs, steak whey chicken and milk for solid protein sources. Fish oil creatine and multivitamin supplemented daily.
Sleep 8 hours daily, training mid afternoon and avoiding stimulants later in the day to help with sleep quality.
Physical Average weekly bodyweight 75.2kg (height 5'7" age 23 for clarity on first update), abs visable, bf% still estimated 13-14%, not too much bloat from food.
