Nice list. I think a lot of low fat dairy should be higher on the list. Greek yogurt, quark, skyr etc. Greek yogurt with 10 gram protein per 100 gram is about 59 kcal.

That's about 17 gram protein per 100 calories.

quark and skyr are very good for cutting. i don't know if you guys have this "isey skyr" in the NL, but the volume and flavor (especially caramel + lemon cheesecake) are godlike for only 100 calories and 16-18 grams of protein

frozen kirkland chicken breasts from costco

fresh kirkland chicken thighs boneless, portion 3-4 each and put in a ziplock, freeze them asap, can last a while. If hungry, unfreeze them the night before and pan fry them.

frozen kirkland salmon fillet, great protein and mix up, good oils from salmon fish as well.

also, buy cliff builder protein bars from costco, super cheap for 20 in a box, 20g of protein each bar. Have it after working out.

Buy a costco membership if you haven't already. Super cheap for lean protein there.

Does this nutrition information seem accurate? I'm having trouble finding nutrition info for eye of round steaks. If its accurate it seems like the best option as you can just trim the fat off too before cooking.
