Want to ask if anyone would share a full day meal plan for lean bulking? Or, if anyone knows of a website that has it. Thanks for any help that anyone can provide...cheers!!!
nobody does meal plans here because they're usually inflexible and kinda boring. it's much easier to eat flexibly and fit foods you like into your calories/macros
that being said, you can make your own meal plan if you really want to go that route
Everyone has different calorie and macronutrient needs so I wouldn't recommend following any random meal plan. One person's calorie surplus might be another person's calorie deficit. Figure out what your TDEE is and eat slightly above it. Check the stickies. Eat what you like, whilst getting enough nutrients and protein in.
