    Lost 150lbs in 12 months but fat face

    I lost 150lbs (or 11 stone) in 12 months by riding my bike.
    My body is fine. I have no stretch mark or lose skin at all.
    But my face is still 'fat' even though my body is not.
    There is lot of fat in my cheek and jaw area.
    I am now 190lbs.

    My face might be last place I lose weight? It's got smaller but not enough
    I worry that if I continue losing weight my face fat will not go away and my shoulders will get very narrow and I will look too skinny ...

    Does it take time for the face to get thinner and what can I do to reduce my face fat while keeping my body strong? Is there exercise except chew gum?

    you just need to go lower in weight. losing weight without resistance training means you'll lose a ton of muscle too though, so that could play a part

    My legs have a lot of muscle in them by riding my bike... my upper body not so much ...my face not much different...all the fat has gone from my stomach and legs .. it is very flat now
