    100-400 cal deficit?

    Trynna shred enough to see my abs by April-ish. What range of a daily deficit do you guys think I should I go for? I attached pictures of what I currently look like (no pump, taken like an hr after I woke up). I'm 5' 7" 150 lbs rn, wouldn't need to lose much fat to see abs.
