Wentz's footwork and mechanics were awful. He stopped into every throw like a pitcher.
He he fixes that he'll be fine but if not he'll be a down grade from Rivers.
Should be interesting.Jhamaican is the best poster on the MISC (srs)

If Wentz plays well then Eagles get a first and his contract off the books for a guy who requested a trade and was hurting the locker room. If he plays like **** then we still get a second and his contract off the books and Indy pays 33 million for a few more years. That's a win win. Wentz's time was done in Philly. Good trade, only wish the 3rd this year was a 2nd.

Correct which would mean he might be fixed but that team had top 10 O and D.
That being said hilarious that Philly kept pushing the fact they wanted multiple firsts for a broken QB.
I'm more shocked that a team even would add the conditional 2nd(but understand the ties to colts obviously), seeing as how Rams had to pay to get rid of Geoff who has been better than wentz outside 2017 but that basically means he still can't read defenses himself.****Bringing sixy back in 2019****

well now he's got a veteran outside threat, a young stud with pittman, capable TEs, a strong line, some good runners and a top 5 defense on the other side. no excuses.
i think he can bounce back. the misconception on carson is "he had that one good year and got hurt and they won the super bowl." no no. he's been good since then too, despite some pretty poor play from the WR spot and a messy line. then this year the wheels completely fell off. worth the gamble for Indy especially with the reconnection to Frank Reich

LOL, with an Owner like Indy's, Wentz is in for a bleak reality.

Wentz was decent in 2018 and 2019, 2020 was just a compilation of injuries to basically everyone around him on offense, OL and all the skill positions and the team busting on WR Reagor one pick ahead of Pro Bowl WR Justin Jefferson.
Back to back years they could have had Josh Jacobs in 2019 when they needed a RB and Jefferson, instead they got a bust T in Dillard two picks ahead of Jacobs and Reagor.
The Eagles hitched their wagons to 34 year old DeSean Jackson and 30 year old Alshon Jeffery and both guys were basically always hurt the last two years.
The last two years I think the Eagles top WR put up about 500 receiving yards on the season, that will not get it done.
The Colts got a franchise QB who I think will thrive with his old coach and a much better supporting cast.
The Eagles got what they could and I think the market for Wentz was very limited, I think some of the teams that need a QB have started over with a new coach and are drafting high enough to reset with a rookie QB, while other teams couldn't bring in Wentz even if they wanted to due to the salary cap.Look, you're my best friend, so don't take this the wrong way but, in 20 years if you're still here postin' in hhhnnnggg threads, beggin' for mod reps, and braggin' about whales you harpooned from POF, I'll f'in kill ya. That's not a threat, that's a fact, I'll f'in kill ya. You got somethin' none of us have, and you don't owe it to yourself man, you owe it to me. Cuz tomorrow I'm gonna wake up and I'll be red, and I'll still be a socially awkward/FA. And that's all right.
