    7 month physique change

I used to always been into lifting. But since since quarantine I have let myself go and haven't lifted much at all in the past 6 months. I now have the opportunity to get back in the gym! My goal is to have visible abs and enough muscle to look athletic. Do i have potential to reach this goal by October? And what program would you suggest? I have my current body on my progress picture for my current please check it out and let me know!

I did it once back 4-5 years ago. Dropped 30 pounds (240-210 on my 5’11 frame) in 8 weeks of lifting 4x a week and counting calories. Also didn’t drink for two months. Think I did about 2200 calories a day.

After that fat loss slowed, but I remember getting down to 200 in a couple more months, then 193 after a couple more. About 6 months total. Mostly changing my diet did it.

I’m heavy again (195-206 lost muscle from no lift for a year and gained fat from drinking daily) from divorce and job loss stress, but I’m getting back on my diet plan starting yesterday.

Guaranteed you can do it if you weigh and track your diet. I use fitness pal app. Helps me see it all and only takes a few minutes a day to input. I just input the food as I eat it. Simple
