sudden sharp lower back pain dull after externally rotating knee/hip during air squat
I was discussing squat form and I squatted down (ass to grass, with no weight, just for demonstration) and externally rotated my hip/knee. My left lower back twinged.
I believe my core was not tight and my spine was not in neutral position.
Now its a dull pain and i have to stay extended.
Squatting (nothing) going down is hard but coming up it feels really good like the pain is gone.
