Hi All,
I have been running in the past months - now at 10k three times a week and lifting + abs training (at home due to lockdown - only with limited weights 20kg)
Am 45y/o; 5'10" and currently at 155lbs. I lost some weight but some say it's too much. Anyway, love handles are still there...What do you think?
Thanks

I don't think it's too much. If you had a little more muscle would help.
I get the same comments when I cut for a show. And they usually come from people overweight, out of shape and stuffing a twinkie in their face.
Today's society wants everyone to be fat and lazy. You're the weird minority if you actually try to stay in good condition.

It won't help with that unfortunately. Only losing more fat/weight will do that.
And unfortunately again, losing more will make you look even thinner. That's where the added muscle would help.
And that's why we usually recommend, so heavily, that people add weight training along with weight loss.
But it certainly isn't too late to start!
Keep doing what's best for you and your health and let the others worry about themselves.2017 OCB Men's Physique Open 4th place
